Participants are responsible for attending scheduled sessions. Unless otherwise stated, missed live sessions do not entitle a participant to a refund or replacement session.
Where recordings are provided, availability and access periods may vary.
We reserve the right to remove a participant from an online community or program for harassment, abusive behaviour, unauthorized sharing of content or other behaviour that substantially interferes with the experience of other participants.
5. Refunds

Because digital products may be immediately accessible or downloadable, certain digital purchases may be final sale once access has been provided, subject to applicable law.
