THE MISSION IS LIVE:
Clean Water for God’s Grace Orphanage
THE MISSION:
Bring Safe, Sustainable Water to an Orphanage and Community in Uganda, East Africa
We are headed to Kyengera, Uganda, with one goal: to turn on the taps for 203 children at God’s Grace Orphanage.
Right now, the landscape in Kyengera is stunning, but it hides a harsh reality. For these children and the 4,000 people in the surrounding community, every drop of water is a risk.
They rely on contaminated sources that lead to illness and missed school. We’re going there to change that—forever.
Let’s Do This:
In this video, we share why this project matters so much to us, what we’ll be doing in Uganda, and how you can be part of helping bring clean water to the community!

Help us reach our goal of $25,000 to complete the project and build more clean water systems like this!
Why This Means So Much to Us
Over the past several years, both of us have spent time involved in clean water and humanitarian work internationally, and those experiences have deeply shaped the way we see the world.
We believe life is most meaningful when we use our gifts, skills, and experiences to help serve others and contribute to something larger than ourselves.
This is why we love building water projects together.
We get to combine Tim’s experience in engineering clean water systems with Anita’s expertise in storytelling, photography, and sharing heartfelt stories with the world.
This water project is extra special because it’s our first time doing it together as a married couple!
We’re beyond excited to share this journey with you.
We hope this journey reminds people that meaningful change is possible — and that every one of us has something special to contribute.
Let’s do this!
With Love & Gratitude,
Anita & Tim 🩵

About The System

This isn't a quick fix. Tim is leading the engineering on a high-capacity, solar-powered system designed to last for generations. We have just 7 days on the ground to commission:
A Deep Borehole Well for reliable, year-round access.
A Solar-Powered Pumping System (no expensive fuel needed).
10,000 Litres of Storage to ensure the water never runs out.
Community Access Points to serve the orphanage, 15 staff members and thousands of residents.
WASH hygiene training
Long-term sustainability planning
Watch the Story Unfold:
MISSION: WATER
For the first time ever, we're producing a docuseries! Anita is leading the production of a 4-part docuseries, MISSION: WATER, captured right from the ground in Uganda.
So you won’t just hear about the impact, you’ll experience it with us—the high-pressure engineering hurdles, the raw tension, the fun friendships and the unforgettable moment of joy when clean water finally flows for the very first time.
Why Clean Water Matters
Clean water is something we all need to survive.
Yet in many parts of Uganda, access to safe water is still missing. Without it, people get sick from contaminated water and children miss school. Around the world, women and girls often spend hours each day walking long distances to collect water for their families, leaving little time for education, work, or rest.
Clean water changes everything. It brings health, education, dignity, stability, and opportunity — especially for women and children.
Help Bring Clean and Safe Water
Let’s do this together! Your support will help us to finish this project and fund more water systems like this, giving health, education, dignity, and opportunity for thousands more people!
